Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. For Jira instances with 10 users or fewer, Impact Analysis for Jira is completely free with no time limit and no feature restrictions.
How is the user count calculated?
The user count is based on your total Jira Cloud user count — the same number Atlassian uses for all Marketplace app billing.
Can I try paid features before buying?
Yes. Atlassian Marketplace provides a 30-day free trial on all paid tiers. No credit card required to start the trial.
What happens if my team grows past 10 users?
When your Jira instance user count exceeds 10, the plugin will automatically transition to the appropriate paid tier at your next billing cycle. You will be notified in advance.
